Miscellaneous Service is addition or amendment to the existing Passports such as grant of 'Emigration Clearance Not Required (ECNR)', deletion of child/children's name from the mother/father's passport, change of present/permanent address,inclusion/deletion of spouse's name,change of name subsequent to marriage etc., or any other observation required in the existing passport regarding the personal/passport particulars. For Miscellaneous Service, you will need to fill out the Miscellaneous Service application form, (click here to download the form) . Enclose your current valid passport and relevant document (original plus one photocopy) in support of the required service.The fee for each Miscellaneous Service is �7.00.
