• Application form duly filled in by the applicant in word format (Approximate file size: 28KB)
• Original Passport with valid visa
• The fee

• Introduction
• Attestation and Legalisation of Official Documents
• Registration of children eligible for Indian nationality
• Sponsorship letters
• Life certificates, death certificates and ashes/human remains certificates
• Fee for Consular Services

Application forms for the consular services can be submitted to the High Commission on working days between 9.30 a.m. and 1.00 p.m.
