The 10th Mumbai International Film Festival for Documentary, Short and Animation Films (M.I.F.F. 2008) is being organized by Films Division, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting, Govt. of India from 3-9 February, 2008 at National Centre for the Performing Arts (NCPA), Mumbai, India.
M.I.F.F. began its historic journey way back in 1990 and since then it has grown in size and stature as one of the premier international events of documentary film movement. The biennial M.I.F.F. is attended by a large number o eminent documentary, short and animation film makers from India and other parts of the world.
The competitive festival has an edge over other festivals as it gives away the maximum Monetary Awards worth US$ 55000 and mementos such as Golden and Silver Conches for outstanding films in various categories. The past editions have been an overwhelming success and now M.I.F.F. is considered as one among the best organized International festivals in the world.

a. Last date for receipt of entry forms with sample Beta SP (PAL Only) / Digi Beta (PAL Only) / DVD (All Code) / 16mm or 35mm Celluloid prints for the purpose of selection in International and Indian Competition will be 10/09/2007.
b. Last date for receipt of selected films for final screening either on 16mm/ 35mm celluloid prints / SP Beta (PAL Only) / Digi Beta (PAL Only) or DVD (All Code) will be 17/12/2007.
